Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This policy is issued by Guangzhou Baoleigedan E-commerce Co., Ltd. ("BLGD", "we") and applies to our website and the BLGD operations system (the "Service").

2. Our role

When a seller uses the Service, the seller owns its store data. We process that data on the seller's authorization and instructions to provide the Service.

We also operate our own e-commerce stores. We commit that seller data will never be used for product selection, pricing or other business decisions in our own stores.

3. Data we process

Seller account information: contact name, email, phone and company name.

After a seller authorizes its stores, within the permissions granted:

• Store profile: store ID, name, region
• Product and inventory data: product listings, SKUs, prices, stock levels
• Performance data: sales, orders, traffic and content performance statistics
• Creator collaboration data: collaboration campaigns, sample requests, affiliate order records and message metadata with creators

Usage records: sign-in times and activity logs, for security auditing and troubleshooting.

The Service does not currently access buyer personal information or order details. If order and fulfillment features are added, we will update this policy first and state it clearly at authorization.

4. How we use data

Only to provide the Service to that seller: multi-store management, inventory sync, analytics and AI operating suggestions, plus customer support and security.

We do not sell seller data, use it for advertising profiling, or show it to other sellers.

5. AI suggestions

To generate AI operating suggestions, relevant statistics are processed by AI model providers we select. We send only the minimum data needed, and only use providers that commit not to train their models on customer data.

AI suggestions are for reference; sellers decide whether to act on them.

6. Isolation and security

Each seller's data is isolated and visible only to accounts that seller authorizes.

Data is stored on servers in Hong Kong SAR and encrypted in transit. Access tokens and credentials are stored with restricted permissions and never published. Our staff view seller data only when providing support with the seller's consent.

7. Third parties

Apart from the AI model providers and hosting providers described above, both under confidentiality obligations, we do not provide seller data to third parties unless required by law.

8. Retention and deletion

Data is kept only while authorization is active. When a seller revokes store authorization or closes its account, access stops immediately and stored data is deleted within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.

9. Seller rights

Sellers can access, export or request deletion of their data at any time, and can revoke authorization in their seller center. Email us with requests; we handle them within 15 business days.

10. This website

Our website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking scripts, and does not collect visitors' personal information.

11. Changes

We post updates on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes to how seller data is used will be notified to onboarded sellers in advance.
