1. The Service
The BLGD operations system (the "Service") is offered mainly to BLGD POD clients, providing multi-store management, inventory management, analytics and AI operating suggestions, and connecting restock demand to BLGD POD production. It accesses data through official marketplace open APIs within the scope sellers authorize. The Service is in development and early access, and features may change.
2. Accounts and authorization
Sellers must authorize with the store main account or an account with authorization rights, are responsible for activity under their accounts, and must have the right to authorize the stores concerned.
3. Fees
The Service is free during early access. Before charging, we will give advance notice of pricing and billing, and nothing is charged without the seller's confirmation; sellers who do not agree may stop using the Service.
4. AI suggestions
AI suggestions are generated automatically from available data, are for reference only and may be inaccurate. Sellers decide whether to act on them and are responsible for the resulting business outcomes.
5. Acceptable use
Sellers may not use the Service to violate laws or marketplace rules, and may not reverse engineer, resell or provide the Service to third parties without permission.
6. Availability
The Service depends on marketplace open APIs. API changes, rate limits or outages may affect some features; we will work to restore them promptly and inform sellers.
7. Suspension and termination
Sellers may revoke authorization and stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate the Service for serious breaches of these terms. After termination, data is handled under the Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses caused by marketplace API failures, force majeure or the seller's own actions.
9. Trademarks
Marketplace names mentioned belong to their respective owners; mention does not imply endorsement or partnership.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
